Hypnosis

I'm back! Guess what? I went to a hypnotist! She gave several post hypnotic suggestions for losing weight:
1. I have lost all desire for sweets, carbs, and fatty foods.
2. I have full control over my daily eating habits.
3. I eat for health and nutrition only.
4. I look great and feel wonderful.

It's really working for me. I've lost 10 pounds and have totally eliminated carbs and sugar from my diet with little effort. This upcoming week I'm going to try this detox diet which is called: The Ultra Simple Diet. I'll let you know how it goes. If anyone out there has tried this diet or hypnosis, I'd love to hear from you.
